In-person and virtual options are available! Members must register below to attend. Directors may register for themselves, their office staff team member, or both. You may also choose to register for the books and recordings if you are unable to attend live.
REGISTRATION FEE: Eight payments of $99.00 USD per person, 30 days apart.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you have to cancel, we will mail you the 2026 MASS updated office staff training books, CDs and DVDs. The registration fee is non-refundable but you will not miss out on the great content that we will mail you. Total value to you: $792.00!
